WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Buildokart Global Pvt Ltd  extends this warranty to the original/first purchaser for personal household use of “Kitchen & Bathroom Fittings” in their original location. The warranty is non-transferable.

The warranty against any product shall commence from the date on which the invoice is generated and can be availed upon furnishing a valid proof of purchase (invoice). Customers are therefore required to keep the original invoice and warranty card safely. Repair or replacement will be carried out by the manufacturer’s authorized service centers or their authorized service associates.

All costs and expenses incurred for the repair/service of the products, including:
a) Travel to and from the service personnel’s location, and
b) Transportation of the product and/or spare parts and/or components from the location of BuildoKart’s branch office or Authorized Service Franchisee to the customer’s location and back,
shall be borne wholly and solely by the customer at prevailing rates. Buildokart shall not be liable for any damage caused to the product in transit or delivery for repair.

This warranty does not cover the following:
1. Negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, carelessness, accident, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, or damages caused by improper maintenance.
2. Alteration of the product or failure to follow care or installation instructions enclosed with the product.
3. Usage of abrasive cleaners, powders, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, or chlorine.
4. Usage of abrasive pads, steel wool, or wire brushes, which will damage and wear down the finish.

Labour charges or costs of removal and reinstallation of the product are not covered under this warranty. The warranty does not allow recoveries of incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use, delays, property damage, or other related damages, and Buildokart accepts no liability for such issues.

The service center reserves the right to retain any part(s) or component(s) replaced in the event of a defect noticed during the warranty period. Replacement of parts will be carried out at the manufacturer’s discretion and may involve the use of functionally new operative parts.

In cases of damage to the product, customer abuse, unauthorized repairs, or misuse detected by authorized service personnel, the warranty conditions will not apply, and repairs will be conducted subject to availability of parts and on a chargeable basis.

Replacement of parts will be purely at the discretion of the manufacturer. If replacement of the entire unit is deemed necessary, the same model will be provided. If the model has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a model of equivalent value at the time of purchase.

For colored internal or external components, exact matching of shades is not guaranteed. Variations in shades, patterns, and tints may occur due to usage. Matching components changed at the customer’s request will be chargeable unless they are deemed necessary replacements.

Buildokart will make every effort to carry out repairs promptly but does not guarantee a specific repair timeline.

Incorrect GST credentials or information provided during online ordering cannot be modified after dispatch.

This warranty does not cover:
– Demonstration/installation of the product.
– Components like washers, rubbers, springs, and other plastic items.
– Accessories external to the product.

After one year, for cases other than manufacturing defects, standard labor and parts charges will apply as per the manufacturer’s prevailing rates.

Disputes, if any, arising from this warranty, must first undergo mediation before arbitration or court proceedings. In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction will be the courts of Delhi.

Customer Responsibilities:
– Ensure existing water supply pipelines are thoroughly cleaned and free of debris, sediment, or blockages before installing new faucets.
– Avoid disposing of reverse osmosis (RO) reject water in regular sinks or drains, as it is highly corrosive and may damage sink surfaces or waste pipes. Direct the RO reject water into appropriate drains.

Refund and Discount Policies
– If a discount is applied through coupons and some products are later returned, the refund amount will exclude the discount amount. Returning products may reduce the order value below the minimum required for the discount, making the discount inapplicable.
– Products purchased at a specific price are not eligible for adjustments, refunds, or cancellations if they go on sale after purchase.
