Shipping and Delivery Policy

– Free shipping may apply to certain orders or promotions. Check the terms at checkout for specific eligibility.

3. Shipping Method:
– Buildokart partners with trusted courier and logistics companies to deliver products in a timely manner.
– Delivery methods and times vary depending on the product size, destination, and shipping method chosen at checkout.

4. Delivery Time:
– Delivery times are estimated based on the destination and product availability. Most orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days from the shipment date, though this can vary.
– For remote locations or larger items, delivery may take longer. Please note that unforeseen factors such as weather conditions or courier delays can affect delivery timelines.

5. Order Tracking:
– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order online. You can check the status of your order on the courier’s website using this tracking number.

6. Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
– We currently only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information:
– It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If the shipping address is incorrect, Buildokart will not be responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs. Any address corrections requested after the order is dispatched may incur additional charges.

8. Shipping Damages:
Important: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must report the damage within 1 day of delivery by emailing care@buildokart.com. Please provide photos and an unboxing video to assist with the claim. Damages reported after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

9. International Shipping:
– At this time, Buildokart only offers shipping within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

10. Delayed or Missing Shipments:
-While Buildokart strives to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to external factors. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact care@buildokart.com for assistance.
