At Buildokart, we care about what happens after you buy. That’s why we’re committed to standing with you throughout the warranty period, and even beyond where possible. Whether it’s a faucet, fitting, or appliance — we’ve got your back.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser for personal household use only, in the product’s originally installed location. It is non-transferable.


📆 Warranty Start Date

The warranty begins on the invoice date, and service support will be provided on submission of a valid invoice. Please keep your invoice and warranty card safely.


🧰 We’re With You All the Way

Warranty claims are fulfilled through authorized service centers or partners, but Buildokart will personally assist you throughout the process — from registering your complaint to following up for resolution.

While the final approval of a claim rests with the brand, we go to any length to ensure your concerns are heard and acted upon.


🚐 What You Should Know (Service Visit Costs)

Some service-related charges may apply, including:

  • Travel expenses for service personnel

  • Transportation of the product or components between the customer location and service center

We will always try to minimize these costs or advise upfront wherever applicable.


⚠️ Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damages caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or hard water

  • Use of harsh chemicals, abrasive pads, bleach, or strong cleaning agents

  • Unauthorized alterations or modifications

  • General wear and tear, cosmetic fading, or finish discoloration due to time or environment

  • Accessories such as rubber washers, springs, plastic parts, or external fittings

  • Demonstration or installation services


👷 After the Warranty Period

After the warranty period, repairs or part replacements (if needed) will be handled on a chargeable basis as per the manufacturer’s service rates. We will continue to assist you in every way possible — even post-warranty.


🎨 Component Matching Note

For colored fittings or accessories, exact shade matching is not guaranteed. Minor shade or texture variations may occur over time. Replacements for cosmetic reasons will be chargeable unless deemed necessary by the brand.


🧾 Refund & Discount Policy

  • If you return part of an order purchased with a discount code, and the final order value drops below the coupon threshold, the discount will be adjusted accordingly in the refund.

  • We do not offer price difference refunds if a product goes on sale after your purchase.


🏛 Legal & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from warranty matters will be first addressed through mediation. If legal resolution is required, the courts of Ernakulam will have exclusive jurisdiction.
